A traditional blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah made by an Australian wine maker with plenty of experience in dealing with the terroir of the region. This combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques is proving very popular the world over. “Enclave des Papes” is the jewel of the wines produced in this famous area that gave it its name. The wines must meet stringent quality benchmarks, including a taste test carried out by a local committee. It is beautifully made, well balanced and generous, with lifted aromatics.
